The National Cancer Institute (NCI) is sponsoring a webinar April 20 that will focus on the recently released AHRQ Evidence-based Practice Center (EPC) Technical Brief Disparities and Barriers to Pediatric Cancer Survivorship Care. NCI commissioned the Technical Brief to support the development of a research agenda associated with the Childhood Cancer Survivorship, Treatment, Access, and Research (STAR) Act. Webinar presenters from NCI, AHRQ, and the Southern California EPC will discuss the background of the report, its findings, and crucial next steps to address disparities and barriers in survivorship care.
