In 2021, the Program remained productive despite the continued challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, awarding 21 contracts and grants and publishing 51 evidence reviews and manuscripts. Topics focused on COVID-19 prevention and treatment, as well as pain management, women’s health, digital health, healthcare disparities, and the needs of learning healthcare systems.
