The topic we struggle with is how to best address Diagnostic Excellence.

It is difficult to ascertain how to improve diagnostic excellence since the literature is so diverse and diffuse. Perhaps it is too broad, but this is what keeps us up at night.

We would like to see a theoretical framework that takes into account the different issues associated with the topic.
