Urgency UI treatments include behavioral treatments such as lifestyle changes and fluid management, bladder training, tibial nerve stimulation, and drugs that reduce detrusor muscle activity (muscarinic antagonists). Mixed UI may benefit from approaches meant for both stress and urgency UI.
