Self-Measured Blood Pressure Monitoring
Conclusions (2 of 2)
There is insufficient evidence to evaluate the effectiveness of SMBP monitoring with or without additional support on other surrogate and intermediate outcomes and on health care encounters. Effects of SMBP monitoring on BP control and clinical outcomes in the long term remain to be elucidated in future research studies.
